Who should consider a hearing test?
- Individuals aged 70 and above are advised to undergo annual hearing assessments. The aging process can impact hearing, and staying informed is crucial for optimal health. While opting not to use a hearing aid is your choice, regular assessments can track your hearing health over time.
- If you experience difficulty hearing.
- If you work in a noisy environment (e.g., construction sites).
- If you have a history of recurrent ear infections.
- If you suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears).
- If you have concerns about your hearing.
Tests are available Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 4 pm. Our practice nurse will conduct the test and provide a detailed report to your GP for further evaluation and management.
