How to see a Doctor
We have an onilne appoitment system, allowing you to book your preferred appointment time with your chosen doctor online 24/7.
Recognising that not all appointments can be planned or booked in advance, we offer walk-in options. However, we strongly encourage booking appointments whenever possible to prevent long queues for walk-in patients, reduce waiting times, and avoid delays for our doctors.
Confidentiality and Security of Patient Health Information
All patient consultations and medical records are maintained with strict confidentiality. Signed consent forms are mandatory before any transfer of patients’ health information. Additionally, all electronic information is encrypted for enhanced security.
Disabled Access to Medical Centre
Our medical centre ensures accessibility by offering designated entrances and facilities to accommodate individuals using wheelchairs or those with disabilities.
Disabled Toilet Access and Baby Change Room
Right outside of our medical centre, next to the pharmacy, you will find toilets dedicated for individuals with disabilities, as well as baby change rooms.
Phoning your Doctor
We believe that almost all problems are best dealt with during a consultation. However, you can contact the doctors at the centre during surgery opening hours. Our receptionist will take your message if the doctor is in consultation.
In case of an emergency, your call will be prioritized. Please keep your call brief.
Equipment Sterilisation
All surgical equipment is either disposable or undergoes sterilisation in an autoclave, like those used in hospitals, ensuring optimal cleanliness and safety standards.
