Hi Everyone!Home Medication Review is now available, this means if you are taking more than 5 types of regular medication every day, you are now eligible for yearly home medication review with Accredited Pharmacist. It is government funded program so it iscompletely FREE for you. What is the benefit of Home Medication Review?Pharmacist can review all your medications you take; educate what time to take, with food or without food, check your inhaler or injection techniques to make sure you are getting thecorrect dose of medications and explain the reason of each medicationHow does it perform and what do I expect?An accredited pharmacist will contact you to arrange a time suitable for you to do home visit to your house.
